Carbon black is a material produced by the incomplete combustion of carbon black oil (CBO). Most standard sources of CBO can have sulfur levels of up to 3%. All of our Carbon Black is produced with a low-sulfur feedstock. As a result the Carbon Black has very low levels of impurities – particularly ash. This quality is ensured by being the product of a unique integrated facility that not only produces the Carbon Black but also produces its own raw material. Our Carbon Black grades exceed the standards and provide consistent exceptional performance.
